Terms of Service

"We", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the Meetutor Service. "You" means the person or entity using the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Meetutor provides online learning tools such as flashcards, quizzes, lesson roadmaps, and AI-assisted features (for example vocabulary extraction and OCR on images you submit). Features may change over time.

We may suspend, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service for maintenance, upgrades, security, or legal reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when practicable.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you upload, create, or store on the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, copy, display, and process User Content solely to operate, improve, and secure the Service — including running OCR/AI on materials you submit when you choose those features.

You represent that you have all rights necessary for User Content and that your use does not violate third-party rights. You must not upload unlawful material, others' personal information without permission, or malware.

You may not: (a) attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users' accounts; (b) scan, probe, or disrupt the Service; (c) use the Service for spam, fraud, or harassment; (d) harvest user data automatically without permission; (e) reverse engineer or copy our branding or UI except as allowed by law.

We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.

AI and OCR output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your context. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for study, exams, or professional use. The Service does not replace professional educational, legal, or expert advice.

Some tiers or AI quotas may require payment. Pricing, taxes, and conditions are presented at purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers under their terms.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, fees may be non-refundable after activation or consumption of purchased quota.

The Service's software, branding, logos, and UI are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property beyond a limited right to use the Service as offered.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) if you have not paid fees.

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access under these Terms or to comply with law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Vietnam have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws in your country of residence do not permit such an agreement.

We may update these Terms. The new version takes effect when posted unless a different process is required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
