How long is each lesson & package?


  • Standard lesson: 1 hour

  • Trial lesson: 30 minutes

  • Package: 5.5 hours or 11 hours



How much does a lesson & package?


  • Tutor can set own teaching fee for one standard lesson (1 hour)

  • Trial & Package prices are generated by system automatically:

  1. 30-minute trial lesson price = 40% of the 1 hour price

  2. 5.5 hour package = 1 hour price x 5 (Ask tutor to give you 0.5 complimentary hour when you finish 5 hours)

  3. 11 hour package = 1 hour price x 10 (Ask tutor to give you 1 complimentary hour when you finish 10 hours)




What happens if student cannot finish the package with the current tutor?


  1. Student can choose other tutors for only single 1 hour lesson to finish all the balance. Student can only buy other tutor’s package when student finish previous balance.

  2. Student can refund the balance but meetutor would charge 20% as the service and management fee.

  3. Current tutor would not provide any complimentary lesson to the student


How student to reschedule/cancel class?


Student can only reschedule/cancel confirmed class more than 8 hours in advance the class time. It would be charged 100% if less than 8 hours.


How tutor to reschedule/cancel class?


It’s not normally possible to cancel a class once student confirmed the class time. Technically tutor can reschedule/cancel the class more than 2 hours in advance the class time, but this may result in the student giving negative review.


What happens if the student doesn’t show up?


If the student were more than 30 minutes late, it would be counted as ‘No show’. Tutor can leave the classroom and student would be 100% charged. Tutor need provide the ‘No show’ evidence if needed.
